USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

The Microsoft Red Team's mission is to identify security vulnerabilities across Microsoft’s systems, products, and services. You will own Risk Management for the Red Team, ensuring findings are tracked and integrated into broader risk management programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Create relationships to drive orchestration and integration efforts with internal teams.
  • Develop and implement processes for complex cross-functional programs.
  • Collaborate across organizations to ensure alignment on program management.
  • Document and train MRT personnel on filing procedures for findings.
  • Collect performance metrics and monitor progress.
  • Advocate for security change across the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering or program management.
  • 2+ years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Preferred: Experience in cybersecurity or related domains.
