Senior Technical Program Manager, Excel Copilot

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days in-office work per week.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-team initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Define success criteria for complex projects and ensure alignment across the business.
• Produce structured documentation to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve program operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in program management or related fields.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional projects.
• Preferred: 8+ years of experience in technical program management.

Tech stack:

Experience with AI/ML systems, software development, and data analysis is preferred.
