Senior Technical Program Manager - CTJ - Poly

This position is based in Redmond, WA, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Drive technical programs across multiple feature areas, partnering with engineering teams.
• Define success criteria and coordinate execution across organizations.
• Deliver the roadmap for multiple feature groups and manage project schedules.
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in engineering or program management.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional projects.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance required.
