Senior Strategy & Investment Analyst - AI Experiences

Microsoft AI Experiences (AIX) is building the future of AI experiences across Copilot, Bing, Edge, and partner surfaces that reach hundreds of millions of people. This role sits within the AIX Strategy team and will help shape strategy and investment decisions across the organization. We’re looking for a highly analytical strategist who can bring structure to ambiguous business questions, build a rigorous fact base from complex data, and translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

• Build forecasting, predictive, scenario and sensitivity models to evaluate market growth, customer adoption, revenue potential, and business performance.
• Analyze complex and imperfect datasets to identify trends, business drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Develop quantitative analyses and business cases to inform product and investment decisions.
• Support market sizing, competitive analysis and pricing strategy through research and modelling.
• Translate quantitative analysis into clear strategic insights, implications and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Sales and other teams to pressure-test assumptions and inform key strategic decisions.

• Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
• 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, pricing strategy, management consulting or a highly quantitative strategy role.
• 3+ years of experience building decision-grade quantitative and financial models, including forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analyses.
