Senior Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
• Drives identification of dependencies and develops design documents.
• Implements, optimizes, debugs, and refactors code for performance.
• Guides engineers and monitors system performance.
• Seeks new knowledge to improve product availability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in computer science or engineering.
• 9+ years of professional development experience.
• Technical stack: C++, C#, big data, ML, NLP.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, Entra, O365).
• Strong analytical skills and customer engagement experience.
