Senior Software Engineer

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and ship AI-first product capabilities end-to-end.
• Own architecture and implementation across the full stack.
• Collaborate with design, research, and platform teams.
• Build multimodal workflows that reason across data and services.
• Contribute to engineering excellence and operational reliability.
• Mentor peers and influence cross-team practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience with modern web technologies (e.g., .NET, Node, React).
• 2+ years in an OO Language like C# or Java.
• 1+ year experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
