Senior Software Engineer

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office per week.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive test strategy for solution quality.
• Collaborate with teams for seamless integration, security, and compliance.
• Lead architecture discussions and create design documents.
• Ensure end-to-end testing and operational readiness before release.
• Apply best coding practices and review code for quality.
• Manage security standards and maintain live site operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience in coding (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python).
• Preferred: Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience or Bachelor's with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and data architectures.
