Senior Software Engineer

This position is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

$119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across functions to design and build AI-powered applications.
• Own feature development from quality to maintenance.
• Optimize AI/ML models for performance and efficiency.
• Develop and adapt large language models for CRM domains.
• Contribute to scalable service architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of coding experience.
• 1+ years of experience with AI development tools.
• Preferred: Master's Degree and experience with large language models.
