Senior Software Engineer

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement to work in-office 3 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
• Develop design documents for products and services.
• Optimize, debug, and refactor code for performance and maintainability.
• Guide project plans and release plans.
• Support other engineers by following best practices and monitoring systems.
• Adapt to emerging trends and improve product performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with cloud-based services (Azure or AWS) and modern web frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
