Senior Software Engineer - HR Employee Experience

This position is based in Redmond, Washington with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Design and build high-quality systems ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Utilize AI tools responsibly across the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams to identify dependencies and achieve common goals.
• Drive test strategy and automation, including AI-assisted testing.
• Manage incidents and improve live-site reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 4+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure or comparable cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-driven architectural patterns and software development practices.
