This position is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring 3 days a week in-office attendance.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies ensuring solution quality, utilizing AI tools for automation and security testing.
  • Lead architecture discussions and design complex, AI-integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure optimal performance and security of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Write maintainable, well-tested, and secure code while continuously improving processes.
  • Implement AI safety features and work with security partners to define security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience in coding (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python).
  • Preferred: Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience or Bachelor's with 8+ years in relevant coding languages.
  • Experience with AI-enabled solutions using Azure OpenAI and machine learning models.
