Senior Software Engineer- Android

This role is based in Redmond, WA, with a requirement for in-office work 3 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Design and build core Android platform components for Teams conversational and AI experiences.
• Drive AI-first mobile experiences and integrate LLM-powered features into Android clients.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery including architecture, implementation, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and grow other engineers through code reviews and technical leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Expertise in Kotlin and/or Java, with knowledge of Android SDK and app lifecycle.
• Experience building complex mobile applications and collaborating across teams.
