Overview:

As a Senior Recruiter supporting our Commercial business across EMEA, you will help build the teams that accelerate growth and deepen customer impact.

Responsibilities:

• Advise senior stakeholders on talent acquisition strategy using data and metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role outcomes and drive decision-making.
• Lead critical searches to engage exceptional talent.
• Analyze business trends to improve recruiting performance.
• Develop multi-channel pipeline strategies for long-term talent relationships.

Qualifications:

• Extensive in-house recruiting experience in technology organizations.
• Ability to partner with and advise senior leaders on hiring strategy.
• Experience leading talent acquisition initiatives across multiple geographies.
