This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of hiring plans for complex organizations.
• Own the entire candidate experience and create innovative sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate assessment frameworks and optimize staffing policies.
• Present talent gaps and hiring needs to businesses.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with additional experience preferred.
