Senior Recruiter, Early in Profession Hiring

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Early in Profession recruiting strategy.
• Engage with universities and student organizations to enhance Microsoft's employer brand.
• Utilize data and market insights to inform hiring plans and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and experience in talent acquisition or HR.
• Experience in high volume recruitment sectors.
