Senior Program Manager

This role is based in Switzerland, with multiple locations available.

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver FastTrack’s customer and partner experience.
• Provide architectural guidance to help customers mitigate risks.
• Improve the FastTrack for Dynamics 365 experience by collaborating with colleagues.
• Evangelize the FastTrack Program within Microsoft and to partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 implementation in various capacities.
• Power Platform experience including Power Automate and Power BI.
• Strong customer-facing skills and domain expertise in Professional Services, Public Sector, or Retail.

Work Environment:

3 days/week in-office with occasional travel (25-50%).
