USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to drive execution and enable functions in the development of AI capabilities for Copilot.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, cross-functional program portfolios with accountability for strategic planning and execution.
  • Leverage data to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact on key metrics.
  • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Define program vision and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field AND 4+ years in program management.

Preferred:

  • Experience in program management in a technology company.
  • Proven success in leading large, complex programs.
  • Strong analytical and executive communication skills.
