Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to drive execution and enable functions in the development of AI capabilities for Copilot.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, cross-functional program portfolios with accountability for strategic planning and execution.
- Leverage data to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact on key metrics.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field AND 4+ years in program management.
Preferred:
- Experience in program management in a technology company.
- Proven success in leading large, complex programs.
- Strong analytical and executive communication skills.
