This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales enablement and product communications strategy to drive sales, adoption, and retention.
  • Build cohesion and scale through sales and customer success teams.
  • Inspire and inform external relations with our vision around Copilot.
  • Nurture the internal sales community and provide the latest information.
  • Guide cross-functional stakeholder teams with industry standards and core assets for training.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years' experience as a data-driven storyteller.
  • Experience in analytical skills and synthesizing complex technical concepts.
  • Experience in customer-focused environments with a growth mindset.
