Senior Product Marketing Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with the flexibility to work up to 50% from home.

Compensation:

USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our M365 Copilot Inbound team, focused on bringing Copilot-powered creation and collaboration experiences to life in Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Own inbound product marketing for Copilot experiences in Word and PowerPoint.
• Shape product direction from early concept through launch.
• Define clear value propositions and positioning for Copilot.
• Craft compelling narratives and storytelling.
• Develop customer-ready assets and enablement materials.
• Collaborate closely with PR/communications and design/UX teams.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Marketing or related field AND 3+ years experience in business, or Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience.

10+ years product marketing experience within the cloud, SaaS, AI, or enterprise software industry preferred.
