Senior Product Marketing Manager for Agent 365 Security & Governance

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year

Responsibilities:

• Influence product strategy through collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Own market insights related to AI agents and governance.
• Lead product and messaging research to inform positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Engage with customers and partners to validate needs.
• Define the value proposition for security and governance scenarios.
• Launch innovations into the market with compelling messaging.
• Ensure alignment between product reality, messaging, and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Marketing or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, generative AI, or enterprise IT/security tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
