Senior Product Marketing Manager - Agent 365 Enablement

This role is based in Redmond, Washington with a focus on empowering Microsoft’s field and partners.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Lead launch readiness and enablement for the Agent 365 business.
• Translate complex platform concepts into clear guidance for sellers and partners.
• Create and maintain compelling seller-facing content.
• Ensure enablement materials reflect current product reality and customer value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine enablement content.

Qualifications:

Required: Master's Degree in Marketing or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience.

Preferred: 5+ years of experience in product marketing focused on enterprise IT.
