Senior Product Manager- Windows Gaming

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

$119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Define and influence the long-term vision and strategy for Windows gaming feature areas.
• Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap to enhance gameplay experiences.
• Collaborate across multiple Microsoft organizations to deliver high-performing experiences.
• Author PRDs and specifications to align cross-functional teams.
• Define success metrics in partnership with analytics teams.
• Represent Windows gaming at industry events and with partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management or software development.
• Experience in the PC or gaming space with a strong understanding of gaming dynamics.
• Strong intuition for gaming user experience and demonstrated excellence in written communication.
