Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will set vision and strategy in fast-changing environments, leveraging AI to enhance communication and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver end-to-end product experiences connecting chat, meetings, and workflows.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle: conduct research, define requirements, prioritize features, and launch experiences.
  • Leverage data and experimentation to measure impact and iterate quickly.
  • Champion responsible AI principles in product decisions.
  • Mentor and influence other PMs, fostering a culture of inclusion and accountability.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years in product/service/program management or software development.

Preferred:

  • 8+ years in product/service/program management or software development.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS or global-scale collaboration platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML-driven features in communications contexts.
