Senior Product Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a work site of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

Shape how AI agents behave in Microsoft Teams meetings, focusing on the Facilitator agent's core capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product direction for key Facilitator agent behaviors during meetings.
• Define core meeting scenarios and establish success definitions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and applied science teams.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features, from discovery to iteration.
• Define metrics to assess Facilitator effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Experience in building AI-powered products and improving product metrics.
• Excellent communication and systems thinking skills.
