Senior Product Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

Lead product strategy and execution for employee experience capabilities within Microsoft 365 Copilot, collaborating across engineering, design, and research teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
• Deeply technical understanding of Copilot and Copilot-led experiences
