Compensation:
USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the roadmap for commercial user experiences in Windows.
- Take ownership of medium-to-large feature areas, including defining OKRs/KPIs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver value.
- Engage with enterprise customers to gather insights and inform decisions.
- Utilize data and AI tools for decision-making and roadmap shaping.
- Mentor early career PMs and foster a culture of clarity and inclusion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years in product/service/program management or software development.
- Experience working on user experience features and in enterprise software ecosystems.
- Proven ability to independently define strategy and success metrics.
