Senior Product Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the roadmap for commercial user experiences in Windows.
• Take ownership of medium-to-large feature areas, including defining OKRs/KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver value.
• Engage with enterprise customers to gather insights and inform decisions.
• Utilize data and AI tools for decision-making and roadmap shaping.
• Mentor early career PMs and foster a culture of clarity and inclusion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years in product/service/program management or software development.
• Experience working on user experience features and in enterprise software ecosystems.
• Proven ability to independently define strategy and success metrics.
