Senior Product Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Set vision and strategy for collaboration solutions.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from research to launch.
• Leverage data and experimentation to inform decisions.
• Represent Microsoft externally at meetings and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management or software development.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or global-scale collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML-driven features in communications.
