Senior Product Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring 3 days per week in-office attendance.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for infrastructure and tooling within Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to design and launch scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-organizational teams to ensure product quality and alignment with Microsoft standards.
• Gather developer feedback to improve agent infrastructure and tooling.
• Establish key performance metrics to optimize infrastructure performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in product management or software development.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration platforms is preferred.
• Strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
