This position is based at the Redmond campus with 3 days per week work in the office and 2 days per week work from home.
Compensation:
USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Product-led Growth strategy for M365 Copilot.
- Articulate a phased product roadmap aligned with Microsoft’s business objectives.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to enhance the M365 Copilot experience.
- Engage with customers to understand product quality and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- 5+ years of experience in product/program management within large-scale technology firms preferred.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and customer-driven focus.
