Senior Product Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Define and optimize consumer journey funnels across Office and Copilot experiences.
• Lead hypothesis-driven growth experimentation.
• Translate insights into product strategy and execution.
• Communicate outcomes and influence stakeholders.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Experience with metrics-driven product experimentation.
• Proven collaboration and communication skills.
