Senior Product Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

Lead strategic product initiatives for AI-driven healthcare solutions that improve clinician workflows and patient outcomes. Drive innovation, ensure responsible AI adoption, and shape the roadmap for transformative products.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 7+ years in product management
• 3+ years in AI-driven products or healthcare technology
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with generative AI, large language models, or multimodal AI solutions
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks and clinical workflows
• Ability to influence without authority and mentor junior team members
