Overview:

The Customer Acceleration Team within Microsoft Security seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead technical engagements and improve product offerings based on customer insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical and strategic engagements with top global customers.
  • Deliver demos, architecture reviews, and success plans.
  • Act as the customer advocate to ensure clarity in requirements.
  • Drive insights into engineering to influence product roadmap.
  • Create authoritative content and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • Experience with enterprise security products preferred.
