Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define the vision and roadmap for Minecraft’s social experiences, player accounts, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for social and account experiences.
  • Lead complex initiatives across multiple teams to ensure alignment and delivery of outcomes.
  • Manage a team of Product Managers, providing coaching and direction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in product management or software development.
  • Experience in leading cross-organizational initiatives.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
