This role is based out of the Microsoft Redmond, WA campus with a requirement to work on-site at least three days per week.
Compensation:
USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year
Responsibilities:
- Drive M365 Copilot customer engagement programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts.
- Capture and prioritize feedback from customers.
- Convert feedback into actionable insights for product improvements.
- Maintain operational cadence for feedback metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
- Preferred: Experience with customer success programs and enterprise account management.
