Senior Product Manager

• In partnership with each Azure service, identify the billing scenarios and corresponding billing requirements. • Work with services across Azure to land the requirements for the usage platform and drive product adoption. • Produce user stories and product specifications for responsible areas. • Understand top customer pain points and drive resolution through product enhancements, policy and support experience. • Triage, prioritize and partner with engineering to deliver the service billing needs. • Develop expertise in the Azure cloud business and billing models to drive standardization and simplification of billing to benefit the business and customers. • Contribute to generating organization-wide priorities, define project milestones and success criteria. • Regularly communicate progress toward goals for periodic project reviews.
