Responsibilities:
- Own a customer problem area within WPD, from problem definition to execution.
- Define and drive the roadmap for intelligent search experiences.
- Translate customer needs into platform features.
- Drive strategic partnerships and influence technical architecture.
- Define success metrics and lead initiatives for measurable growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management or software development.
- Experience with lexical and semantic search, vector databases, and AI/ML-powered features.
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
