Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and rally the team around high value opportunities to improve Engineering Productivity, Software Quality and Developer Satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various product owners at Microsoft to co-partner on opportunities and help boost their developers’ productivity.
  • Standardize Engineering systems tooling inside Microsoft.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and outcomes.
  • Be a power user and evangelist of Engineering Systems products the candidate will own.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
  • Experience using Developer products and workflows, including tools such as Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, GitHub and AI.
