Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

Help define and deliver AI meeting experiences in Microsoft Teams, focusing on the Facilitator agent for meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered meeting experiences.
  • Own the end-to-end experience, identifying customer needs and defining product requirements.
  • Drive cross-team alignment and execution across multiple partners.
  • Define success metrics and use data to iterate and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and ship user-facing products.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management.
  • Experience building AI-powered products.
