Senior Product Designer

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with remote work options available.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

What you'll do:

• Contribute to the design token strategy and systematize visual language elements.
• Apply strong visual design craft to enhance UI quality across Microsoft experiences.
• Translate design intent into scalable systems and partner with engineers for implementation.
• Define guidance for token usage and lead alignment among teams.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in relevant design fields with 4+ or 5+ years of experience respectively.
