This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a focus on supporting Research and Content Engineering teams.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

The Collaborative Experience Design (CxD) Studio seeks a Senior Product Design Producer to drive clarity and operational excellence across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as strategic advisor to leadership, supporting high-impact decisions and planning.
• Lead planning processes and translate executive vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Prepare materials for leadership discussions and facilitate alignment across teams.
• Drive organizational optimization and lead transformation programs.
• Oversee communication strategies and identify gaps in workflows.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 4+ or 5+ years of experience respectively.

Preferred:

• Experience in management consulting or strategic planning.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
