Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

The M365 Core Design Studio is seeking a Senior Product Design Producer to shape AI experiences across Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design roadmap and manage milestones.
• Facilitate design briefs and reviews to enhance decision-making.
• Drive launch readiness and manage risks.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4-5 years of experience in product design.
• Experience in design program management and AI product execution preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
