Responsibilities:

  • Set direction on technical initiatives and guide validation work across multiple teams.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in the AI landscape to inform leadership decisions.
  • Lead alignment efforts among senior engineering and product leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CTO and senior leaders.
  • Remove barriers to the adoption of strategic technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and product development.
