Senior Principal Program Manager

This role is based in Redmond, WA, with a requirement of 3 days in-office work per week.

Compensation:

USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year

Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-team projects for AI tools and engineering systems.
• Research and define agent-first experiences for research activities.
• Collaborate with teams to identify gaps and drive timelines.
• Leverage data to track progress and measure impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in program management or related fields.
• 6+ years managing cross-functional projects.
