Senior Platform Service Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days in-office work per week.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of core infrastructure for Microsoft's online services, manage capacity utilization, and ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years technical experience in software or systems engineering
• 5+ years experience managing teams with 5 or more direct reports

Tech stack:

Windows & Linux Server OS, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, PowerShell scripting.
