USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year

Overview:

We are seeking a business leader to join the Microsoft Security Partner Go‑To‑Market (GTM) team, focused on enabling partners to drive security adoption across small and medium businesses (SMB).

Responsibilities:

  • Drive partner‑led go‑to‑market strategies for Microsoft Security, Copilot, and Azure offerings across the SMB segment.
  • Develop and scale partner‑ready messaging, positioning, and campaigns.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Programs teams.
  • Create enablement tools and outbound marketing assets.
  • Measure campaign performance and partner engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business.
  • Experience with software pricing and licensing strategy.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives.
