Senior Operations Program Manager - CoreAI

The CoreAI Senior Operations Program Manager leads end-to-end procurement operations for external staffing and third-party software. The role develops outsourcing strategies, optimizes vendor spend, simplifies procurement workflows, and provides leadership with clear visibility into budgets, supplier performance, dependencies, and risk.

• Serve as a member of CoreAI’s Procurement-as-a-Service team, owning strategy, spend management, and end-to-end execution for external staffing and third-party software procurement.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define outsourcing strategy for each group.
• Drive cost optimization opportunities through strategic sourcing.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management.
