Senior Motion Designer

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with remote work options available.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

As a Senior Motion Designer, you will design intuitive interactions for Microsoft Copilot, blending UX, AI, and multimodal interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Producers, Designers, and Motion Designers.
• Create motion design for product experiences and videos.
• Animate imagery and iconography for dynamic communications.
• Work with design and product teams to showcase experiences.
• Simplify complex ideas into understandable stories.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 4+ or 5+ years of experience respectively.
• Digital portfolio showcasing diverse motion work is required.
• Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
