Senior Machine Learning Researcher - MSR AI for Science

This position is based in Cambridge, United Kingdom, with a requirement of 3 days in-office work per week.

Responsibilities:

• Invent novel deep learning techniques for models of (bio)molecular structure, dynamics, reactivity, and function.
• Design, implement, and iterate on model architectures and training algorithms.
• Build high-quality research code (Python/PyTorch) with reproducible workflows.
• Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams and present results.

Qualifications:

• PhD or equivalent research experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in deep learning and proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Peer-reviewed publications in leading venues.
