Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle executive search for senior Engineering leaders.
- Build and manage talent pipelines through strategic sourcing.
- Partner with senior technical leaders to define talent needs.
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure a premium executive experience.
- Leverage market knowledge in AI/ML to influence hiring decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition experience.
- 2+ years of executive recruiting experience, preferably in data center executive search.
- Proven program management skills and ability to operate independently.
