Location: United States, Washington, Redmond

Compensation:

USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle executive search for senior Engineering leaders.
• Build and manage talent pipelines through strategic sourcing.
• Partner with senior technical leaders to define talent needs.
• Drive candidate engagement and ensure a premium executive experience.
• Leverage market knowledge in AI/ML to influence hiring decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• 2+ years of executive recruiting experience, preferably in data center executive search.
• Proven program management skills and ability to operate independently.
