Senior Data Scientist

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days/week in-office.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business growth analytics to understand customer adoption and revenue drivers.
• Build scalable analytics and machine learning models to support revenue planning.
• Design and analyze experiments to evaluate product features' impact on business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and align on growth goals.
• Communicate insights clearly to senior leaders.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in a relevant field and 1+ years of data science experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data-driven insights to drive business growth.
• Strong skills in data engineering and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R.
